Using Bashlu means accepting the following. It is short on purpose.
What the app is
A cooking app: recipes, a weekly plan, a shopping list, and an estimate of what that list costs at nearby supermarkets.
Prices are estimates
Supermarket prices come from the files the chains publish. They can be out of date, wrong, or matched to the wrong product. Treat the figure in the app as an estimate and the price at the till as the real one. We do not sell anything and take no part in your purchase.
Nutrition is an estimate too
Calories and macros are computed from an ingredient table, or estimated by a model when the table has no entry. The app says which. None of it is dietary or medical advice, and an allergen filter is a convenience rather than a guarantee — if an allergy is serious, read the ingredients yourself.
Content you add
Recipes you write or import stay yours. Importing a recipe from someone else’s site or video is for your own use; the original link is kept with it. Do not publish content you have no right to publish.
Subscriptions
Paid features are billed by the app store, on the terms shown at purchase. Cancelling and refunds go through the store, not through us.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time, from the app or from this site. We may close an account that is being used to attack the service or to publish content we are required to remove.
