This removes the account, its profile, weekly plan, shopping lists and saved recipes. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Sign in with the address on the account first — that is the only way to be sure the request is yours.
If you never added an email
An account with no email exists only on the phone that created it. Uninstalling the app leaves it unreachable and it is cleared with the rest of the device’s data; there is nothing here to sign in to. If that is not enough for you, write to [email protected].
